Pollen is like a microscopic creature or the eye of a flower enlarged to an unexpected and monumental scale. Strong tubular rings support hand blown glass spheres, arranged in the concentric structure of a classic tiered chandelier design.

Pollen’s playful simplicity and modern presence are in tension with the complexity and formality of traditional chandeliers and candelabra; history is re-imagined through contemporary eyes.
